This is a strip quilt (not an applique) pattern. This pattern is for the jelly roll strips (2.5″ wide strips).

Custom sizes are available if this isn’t quite what you’re looking for. It is easy for me to scale quilts up, scaling down is tricky but possible for some of my patterns.
